    Join us on Thursday, February 25th from 6-7pm for ‘Let’s Talk Basics with Jessica Callear’! Jessica, a certified health coach and exercise physiologist, will be joining us virtually to discuss all the basics of nutrition and exercise.     The NTIC Wellness Program is hosting a 4 Week Fall Fitness Challenge and YOU are invited! Grab a co-worker or spouse and join this activity-based challenge. Maybe you’re looking for motivation to stay active during these cold & gloomy months or maybe you’re simply looking for a way to earn some extra points towards the wellness program. Either way, this challenge is for YOU! The challenge is simple – track at least 150 minutes of physical activity on your Health Advocate challenge portal each week (Monday-Sunday) for 4 weeks (10/26-11/22) and you will earn 75 points!
