The NTIC Wellness Program is hosting a 4 Week Fall Fitness Challenge and YOU are invited! Grab a co-worker or spouse and join this activity-based challenge. Maybe you’re looking for motivation to stay active during these cold & gloomy months or maybe you’re simply looking for a way to earn some extra points towards the wellness program. Either way, this challenge is for YOU! How Do I Register? : To get registered with the Health Advocate portal, visit https://members.healthadvocate.com/ . You will first be asked to select your organization: NTIC (Northern Tier Insur-ance Consortium). From there, you will then select the “Register Now” box. You will enter your information accordingly which will then allow you to create a username and password. Every individual will have their own account. REMINDER: You need to sign up using your LEGAL name. Whatever your name is listed as with your insurance is what the system will use to identify you as an eligible employee or not. Please join us in observing National Heart Month with a Wear Red/Dress Down (jeans) Day on Friday, February 28th, 2020. All proceeds from the dress down day will benefit the American Heart Association (AHA). The AHA’s mission is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives by preventing and reducing cardiovascular disease and stroke.
