Nobadaddiction has a huge range of videos, styles, and durations. If you are new to working out, this channel might feel overwhelming.

Juice & Toya’s videos tend to be higher intensity, >15 minutes, and most involve dumbells or resistance bands.

The National Institute on Aging has balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility videos for older adults or those just starting physical activity.

Blue Zone Meals gives healthy recipes that are inspired by Blue Zone eating. A Blue Zone is a region where individuals live longer than average and have lower rates of chronic disease.

Traffic Light Cook was created by Garima. She’s a health and wellness coach, a women’s hormones, and mindset coach. She has healthy recipes organized by mealtime, season, and region as well as articles with cited sources.
