2023-2024 Program Year

As our new program year begins, here are a few reminders and updates:

1. The program year runs 6/1/23-5/31/24 and all program information can be found in the 2023-2024 Health Advocate Program Guide.
2. All verification forms can be located on this website under the ‘Verification Forms’ tab. I also accept: After-Visit Summaries, receipts, and notes from providers. All I need to be able to see on said document is: Your name, Service Provided, and Date of Service Provided.
3. Health Advocate has launched a new portal. All of the same activities will be available on the portal (with some new ones added). If you are having trouble navigating the new portal, please reference the Navigation Guide. If you have specific questions regarding the portal, please contact me or the Health Advocate customer support line at 888.493.5522
