During the cooler months, get inspired by football games! We challenge you to do a quarter’s worth (15 minutes) of exercise every day for four weeks.

During a football game, there’s usually 60 minutes of game play, divided up into four quarters of 15 minutes each. We challenge you to exercise for one “quarter” (15 minutes) every day for 4 weeks. Over the course of the 4 weeks, you’ll have exercised enough to have played 6 games of football! Don’t worry, you can do whatever exercise you choose—you don’t have to play football—just make sure to track your workouts using your Time Exercised tracker on your Health Advocate portal!

All participants who complete the 15 Minute Fitness Challenge will be awarded 40 points towards the NTIC Wellness Program.

The challenge will begin on Monday, September 13th and will end on Sunday, October 10th.
