Welcome to the Springtime Shape-Up Challenge!

Springtime Shape-Up is a fitness challenge that can help you get into better shape! You’ll learn how to fit exercise into your daily routine, get new workout ideas, and more! Track your time exercised on your wellness website. Each week, your goal is to complete at least 150 minutes of exercise.

Challenge Dates: 4/5/2021 – 5/2/2021

All tracker data must be entered by 5/5/2021

All participants who complete 150+ minutes of physical activity a week will earn 50 points towards the NTIC Wellness Program



  • Go to your Health Advocate portal at https://members.healthadvocate.com/
  • Click on ‘Springtime Shape-Up’ from your To Do List
  • Click ‘Join’
  • Start tracking your time exercised!
